We do offer the 1571 service, we call this our Call Minder feature.

Once set up, this service will automatically divert incoming calls to a messaging service when your phone line is busy, or if there's no reply. The caller will hear an announcement advising them to leave you a message.

If you'd like to add the feature, just contact us.

If you're receiving unsolicited calls from a telemarketing organisation, you can register your telephone number on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). This is a central register for people who don't wish to receive 'cold' calls and there's no charge. To register for TPS, visit www.tpsonline.org.uk.

Once registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) if you are still receiving nuisance calls you can go to their website www.tpsonline.org.uk and log a complaint.

If you're receiving nuisance calls from an individual and you have your line rental with us, we do offer some call features that may help. If you'd like to discuss your options, simply contact us.

If the nuisance calls are of a threatening or serious nature, you should contact the Police.

If you'd like to change your home phone number, simply contact us on 03330 165 185 and we'll arrange this for you.
