Yes, you can. Switching to us is simple, the only thing you'll need to do is give your previous provider a call once your phone and broadband is working with us and ask them to cancel their service.

Switching to us couldn't be simpler. It typically takes bout 3 weeks for your broadband to be transferred to us, because we need to wait until your 14 day cooling-off period has expired before we start the switching process.

We'll take care of everything for you from start to finish, including contacting your current supplier to cancel your service with them. You'll keep your existing telephone number too. To get started go to our sign up page.
