Technical support and faults

Once your service is live and you need any technical support, help setting up the router, or to report any faults, please call our dedicated technical support team on 03330 035195. Our technical support line is open between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note that to prevent unnecessary call charges we do not operate a call holding "you are held in a queue" system. If, in the unlikely event, that your call in not answered, this will mean that all are agents are on the phones helping other customers. Please just redial as you will not have been charged.

Calls to our 0333 numbers are charged at your standard network rate as if calling any 01 or 02 number.
